Natalia Zabrudska was born on April 2, 1978 in the city of Dnepropetrovsk.
She graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University with a degree in Business Economics. She received her second higher education at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, majoring in Public Administration. She graduated from the Ptukha Institute of Demography and Social Research with a postgraduate degree in Demography, Labor Economics, Social Economics and Politics.
Natalia held positions in the Secretariat of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In 2015 she received a Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
From 2018 she worked as the head of the Office of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
Since 2020 - Vice-President, Secretary General of the CCI of Ukraine.
