European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) is an initiative by the European Commission under the Digital Europe Programme, aimed at supporting the digital transformation of enterprises, public institutions, and innovation-driven organizations. EDIHs offer a comprehensive set of services, including digital audits, solution testing, technical support, training programs, investment assistance, and international partnership facilitation.
The Central Ukrainian EDIH is one of the EU’s official digital innovation hubs established under the Digital Europe Programme. Its main goal is to foster digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the public sector in Central Ukraine.
EDIHs function across Europe as centers of competence, providing access to advanced technologies, consultancy, training, digital maturity assessments, and "test-before-invest" opportunities to experiment with innovations prior to full-scale deployment
The hub serves organizations located in the following regions: Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia.
