Become a member of the UCCILegal advice is the provision of professional assistance by lawyers of the UCCI, which is aimed at assisting individuals and legal entities in addressing issues related to the implementation of the rules of law in the conduct of their business activities.
The vast majority of consultations are provided to business entities on issues of economic activity in various branches of law.
Forms of advice:
Oral advice - oral legal explanation solely for simple (standard) situations;
Written advice - provision in writing of detailed and exhaustive legal answers to the Customer's questions;
To receive written advice you need to provide an Application (with clearly defined questions) and a package of documents.
The applicant is responsible for the reliability of all provided data and documents in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The UCCI considers the application and properly executed documents and within the period which does not exceed 30 working days from the date of their actual submission (registration) checks the possibility and terms of providing such service and prepares a written answer to the questions raised in the application.
Payment for the service is made according to the issued invoice in the form of cashless payment.
