Companies and organisations from across Europe, Ukraine and beyond are invited to register for the Rebuild Ukraine Matchmaking Platform 2026 – an international B2B networking initiative connecting businesses, investors, suppliers, technology providers and institutions interested in contributing to Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction.

The platform has been created with the support of the Enterprise Europe Network, in cooperation with clusters and partner organisations from Ukraine and the EU, and with the backing of the European Commission.

Held in connection with ReBuild Ukraine 2026, taking place on 12–13 November 2026 in Warsaw, the matchmaking platform provides participants with an opportunity to identify relevant business partners, explore concrete cooperation opportunities and arrange targeted one-to-one meetings in advance.

The matchmaking is particularly relevant for companies and organisations active in:

• construction materials, engineering and infrastructure;
• traditional and renewable energy;
• transport and logistics;
• machinery and industrial equipment;
• telecommunications and IT infrastructure;
• digital and AI technologies;

• strategic and dual-use technologies;
• other solutions and services supporting Ukraine’s reconstruction and economic recovery.

The platform proposes hybrid matchmaking format: meet in Warsaw or online.

Participants can choose the format that best suits them:

  Face-to-face B2B meetings during the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition, in the dedicated matchmaking area at the European Commission stand.
• 14–22 November 2026 | Online
  Pre-scheduled one-to-one video meetings with potential partners from Ukraine, the EU and other participating countries.

Participation in the matchmaking meetings is free of charge. Participants attending meetings on site must also have valid access to the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition.
