"UKRAINE – THE LAND OF HONEY AND THE WORLD"

The Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with the Ukraine Horticulture Business Development Project (UHBDP) and the French Embassy in Ukraine, with the support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine,  will hold an autumn business forum "Ukraine – the Land of  Honey and the World".

The Honey Forum will be held for the third time. It has established itself as a modern communication platform for discussing topical issues in the field of production and marketing of Ukrainian honey and other bee products. It has proved to be useful  for establishment of interaction and cooperation between the honey  market participants, producers, exporters of honey and representatives of state authorities, for exchange of experience between beekeepers, and  practical advice  from leading national and international experts.

The Forum will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Quality, of  international organizations and institutions, by national and international experts in the field of apiculture. The event will traditionally consist of a plenary session -  "Ukraine honey - together creating a positive image in the world" -  and a practical part, panel discussion - "Beekeepers - from amateurism to effective business" -  with the participation of leading French experts. The program of the Forum also provides for holding  a permanent exhibition-presentation of honey and   apiculture products, as well as tasting of  various  drinking honeys produced by  TM "Medy Mezhirichia".

As a result of the Honey Forum, it is planned to discuss and adopt an appeal  to the Government of Ukraine related to solving urgent problems and supporting the development of the honey industry.
Beekeepers, beekeepers, honey  producers and exporters, managers and representatives of public associations, scientists, experts, equipment manufacturers, successful entrepreneurs eager to make a contribution to the economic development of Ukraine are  invited to participate in the Forum.

The event will be held on 17 October 2019 at 10.00 a.m. at the Ukrainian CCI (33 Zhytomyrska Street, Grand Hall, 1st floor)
