Spanish–Ukrainian Meeting on Reconstruction

A new financial instrument for the reconstruction of Ukraine has officially commenced operations in Spain. 

This initiative is led by Clara Guzman Zapater, the Director General of the Spanish Office for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, who is heading the institutional mission to Kyiv. 

Spain plans to allocate €200 million to support projects focused on the modernization of Ukraine's energy sector and infrastructure. 

The Spanish Office will act as a "single window" for Spanish companies, coordinating their participation in recovery projects, establishing business interactions, and fostering interregional cooperation.
